Code Ninjas® is the world’s largest and fastest-growing coding franchise, with hundreds of locations across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

At Code Ninjas, kids learn to code while building their own video games. They gain problem solving, critical thinking, and STEM skills in a fun, safe, and inspiring environment.
With franchises across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, Code Ninjas' growing network had many silos, with limited communication between franchise owners and the Home Office, even less between each location. As a result, company leaders needed a new and easy-to-implement platform to share information and engage with franchisees.
In 2020, Code Ninjas was looking for a solution that would bolster a culture of more open, candid communication across the organization. The mobile-friendly and familiar interface of Workplace allowed leaders to roll out the platform with very little training.

Code Ninjas' admins use Draft For so messages can be created and shared on behalf of leaders. This means directors and executives can quickly share critical announcements or updates, ensuring all franchisees are up to date with the latest information.

Utilizing Workplace Groups for specific teams and sectors has led to greater collaboration between all Code Ninjas franchisees. These new connections are helping the company build a culture of more open and candid communication, which boosts business productivity. The privacy settings of Groups also means sensitive information can be shared through Workplace without compromising security.
